4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the USA. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address to avoid delays in delivery.

Return Policy

1. No Returns Except for Defective Products

At Master Distributor, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. If you receive a defective product, please follow the instructions below to initiate a return.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us at admin@mastersmokedistributor.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective product.

3. Return Process for Defective Products

  • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the defective product.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  • Inspection and Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
