The technical core of the B60 is driven by a high-density, integrated 2000mAh rechargeable battery linked to an advanced AS-Chip 3.0 processing engine. This intelligent chipset handles a variable power band from 5W to 60W and introduces a specialized SMART Mode that automatically detects the installed coil’s resistance to set the ideal wattage ceiling, preventing accidental dry hits. A curved, flush 0.96-inch TFT color screen covers the front interface, displaying battery status, live resistance ratings, and voltage levels. For safety during transportation, the chassis integrates a physical A-Lock mechanical slider switch along the side, which disables the firing mechanism instantly without needing to turn off the power.
The assembly is paired with a clear, top-fill 5.0ml refillable pod constructed from impact-resistant food-grade PCTG. The pod features an engineered top-airflow leakproof structure, directing incoming air down the side channels into the lower core to enhance fluid dynamics and flavor production. Operating System Modes

Mechanical Priming & Deployment Protocol

The Saturation Cycle: Before seating a new mesh coil into the pod, drip 3 to 4 drops of liquid directly down into the central chimney and onto each of the exposed exterior wicking slots.

The Resting Window: Once the press-fit coil is pushed firmly into the lower pod receptacle and the 5ml reservoir is filled, allow the assembly to sit undisturbed for a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes. This allows complete capillary saturation of the dense cotton core, avoiding dry hits or instant grid charring upon initial firing.
