The SMOK TFV18 Replacement Glass Tube is a high-quality Pyrex glass component designed specifically for the SMOK TFV18 Sub-Ohm Tank. This replacement tube is essential for restoring your tank’s functionality if the original glass becomes cracked, chipped, or broken. Installation Guide

Safety First: Ensure your tank is completely empty and detached from your mod. If the glass is shattered, use gloves or a tool to carefully remove the shards.

Disassemble: Unscrew the base and the top cap of the TFV18 tank.

Clean O-Rings: Remove the old silicone O-rings and wash the metal components of the tank with warm water to remove any glass dust or old residue.

Seat the Glass: Place the new glass tube firmly onto the base’s silicone seal.

Reassemble: Carefully screw the top section back on. Ensure the glass is centered and the seals are flush to prevent leaking.

Test: Fill with a small amount of liquid first to verify a vacuum seal has been achieved before filling completely.

Shard Hazard: If replacing broken glass, double-check the chimney and airflow base for tiny glass splinters. Inhaling glass particles is extremely dangerous.

O-Ring Integrity: If your glass broke during a drop, your silicone O-rings may have been cut. Check them for tears; if they are damaged, the tank will leak regardless of the new glass.

Thermal Shock: Avoid washing a hot tank with cold water, as the rapid temperature change can cause even high-quality Pyrex to crack.

Over-Tightening: When reassembling, screw the parts together until finger-tight. Applying excessive force can put too much pressure on the glass and cause it to snap.
Note: To protect your new glass, it is highly recommended to use a silicone vape band (vape ring) around the widest part of the bulb. Because the TFV18 is a large, heavy tank, the bulb glass is often the first point of contact if the device tips over. Storing your spare glass in a cool, dry place inside its protective box will ensure it is ready for use when needed.
