Quick Installation Guide

Prime the Coil: Drip 4–5 drops of e-liquid directly onto the center mesh and the side cotton wicking ports.

Installation: Screw the coil directly into the base of the Vape Pen device. Ensure it is firmly tightened to create a proper electrical connection and prevent leaking.

Fill & Wait: Reassemble the glass tank and top cap, fill with e-liquid, and wait 10–15 minutes. Because the 0.15Ω mesh is very thirsty, the cotton needs a full saturation period to avoid burning on the first fire.

Device Check: Since the Vape Pen 22 and V2 are often fixed-voltage or bypass-output devices, ensure your battery is fully charged to get the best performance out of the 0.15Ω resistance.
WARNINGS & SAFETY:

Saturation is Vital: Mesh coils heat up nearly instantly. If you fire the device before the cotton is 100% saturated, you will burn the coil immediately, resulting in a permanent “charred” taste.

Liquid Selection: These sub-ohm coils are designed for High-VG (70/30 or 80/20) freebase e-liquids. They are not recommended for high-strength nicotine salts, as the vapor production is too high for high-nicotine concentrations.

Leaking Prevention: Ensure the silicone O-ring at the base of the coil is present and undamaged. When installing, do not cross-thread the coil; it should screw in smoothly.

Battery Heat: Chain-vaping at 0.15Ω can cause the battery housing to become warm. This is normal, but if the device becomes hot to the touch, allow it to cool down before continuing.
