The SMOK V18 Mini Mesh Coils are high-performance heating elements designed specifically for the SMOK TFV18 Mini Tank (often featured on the Fortis and G-Priv 4 kits). These coils utilize a large-surface-area mesh design to deliver rapid heating, intense flavor, and massive cloud production for a dedicated direct-to-lung (DTL) experience.
The 0.2Ω resistance is engineered for a balanced mid-to-high wattage range, providing a warm and saturated vape that brings out the complexities of your favorite e-liquids.

Quick Installation Guide

Prime the Coil: Drip 5–6 drops of e-liquid directly into the center of the mesh and onto the white cotton visible through the side wicking ports.

Insert: Screw the coil firmly into the base of the TFV18 Mini Tank.

Saturate: Fill the tank and wait at least 10–15 minutes. Because of the dense cotton wicking in these coils, a full saturation period is mandatory to prevent burning.

Ramp Up: Start your device at 40W for the first few puffs, then gradually increase the wattage until you reach your preferred setting (ideally around 60W).

Compatibility Note: Ensure you have the Mini version of the TFV18 tank. These coils have a specific threading and size that will not fit the standard TFV18 or the older TFV8 series.

Dry Hit Prevention: Never fire the device if the tank is low on liquid. Mesh coils heat up almost instantly; if the cotton is not wet, it will scorch and ruin the coil immediately.

Liquid Selection: Designed for High-VG (70/30 or higher) freebase e-liquids. They are not intended for high-strength nicotine salts due to the high vapor output and wattage.

O-Ring Check: When replacing your coil, ensure the silicone O-rings on the coil and the tank base are intact to prevent leaking.

Adult Use Only: Strictly for adults 21+. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Note: The V18 Mini Mesh 0.2Ω is the “sweet spot” coil for the Mini series, offering a more efficient power draw than the 0.33Ω version while remaining more conservative with battery life than the dual-mesh options. To maximize the life of your 3-pack, avoid e-liquids with heavy sweeteners, which can caramelize on the mesh and cause a “gunked” coil. Replace the coil when you notice a significant drop in flavor clarity or vapor density.
